Ben Sletteland
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Ben Sletteland serves as Director of Operations at Power Locker, where he leads day-to-day business operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustained growth. He oversees operational strategy, partner relationships, and system performance to ensure consistent delivery of premium products and services across locations throughout North America. With a degree in Business and more than a decade of experience in vending systems and sports nutrition, Ben brings deep industry knowledge and a results-driven approach to optimizing processes, improving profitability, and supporting long-term expansion.
He works closely with franchise partners, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline logistics, strengthen operational standards, and enhance the overall customer experience. Passionate about both performance and wellness, Ben integrates his hands-on understanding of sports nutrition with real-world athletic experience. An active competitor in hockey, golf, tennis, and running, he applies the same discipline and focus from sport to business leadership. His commitment to excellence helps advance Power Locker’s mission of fueling the next generation of athletes with high-quality health and sports nutrition.

Brett Coleman
FLEET MANAGER
Brett Coleman is Power Locker's Fleet Manager. He works closely with Ben Sletteland providing support and oversight for Power Locker locations across the United States. Brett engages daily with Strength Coaches and Athletic Directors across the county to ensure that their Power Lockers are performing optimally, delivering elite sports nutrition to their athletes when they need it. Brett's hands-on approach has won him plenty of praise from all corners of Power Nation.
Born and raised in Denville, New Jersey, Brett Coleman has been immersed in the world of hockey since his early days playing for local youth and club programs like the New Jersey Colonials. This lifelong passion for the game followed him to Drexel University, where he balanced a rigorous academic schedule with his role as a member of the Drexel Men’s Ice Hockey team. Brett graduated from the LeBow College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Sport Business. Brett’s time at Drexel allowed him to combine his competitive drive on the ice with a deep understanding of the global sport industry, from facility management to sports marketing and law. -
Peter Dyakowski
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Peter Dyakowski joined Power Locker in 2025, bringing experience in business leadership and development, in addition to many lessons learned over a 16-year career in elite level sport. In 2017, Peter joined Scholars where he served in several leadership positions as it grew from 20 to 85+ locations, implementing sector best practices and modernizing its operations to become a leading North American franchisor in the education sector.
Over an 11-year CFL career with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Saskatchewan Roughriders, Peter earned a reputation as one of the league’s top offensive linemen. In addition to his efforts on the field, Peter also served as Director, Treasurer, and Interim Executive Director of the CFL Players’ Association, contributing through four rounds of collective bargaining and one strike.
Peter earned a BA from Louisiana State University, where he won the 2003 BCS National Championship and was a four-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree. In 2006, his senior year, Peter won LSU’s Alvin Roy Strength and Conditioning Award, presented annually to the LSU football player with the most dedication to strength training and conditioning. Peter also won the CBC’s “Canada’s Smartest Person” in 2012 and has appeared on Jeopardy! and other national TV programs.

Ethan Ferreira
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER - CANADA
Ethan Ferreira is the Fleet Operations Manager of Power Locker Canada, overseeing national fleet operations, location development, and market expansion. A former high-level ice and inline hockey athlete and current hockey scout, Ethan brings firsthand insight into athlete development and the role of clean, performance-driven fuel in maximizing performance.
He combines operational expertise with strategic knowledge in sports business and innovation. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Minor in Leadership from Wilfrid Laurier University and a certificate in the Sports Business Innovation Program through SportBlocx in partnership with VaynerSports. His athletic background enables him to help Power Locker deliver smarter, healthier hydration solutions to athletes across Canada.

Jason Pottinger
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jason Pottinger is the Chief Operating Officer of Power Locker, where he leads operations and assists with franchise expansion, and strategic partnerships across North America.
A former professional athlete, Jason played nine seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the BC Lions, Toronto Argonauts, and Ottawa REDBLACKS, winning two Grey Cup championships, including the historic 100th Grey Cup. A standout at McMaster University, he is a member of the McMaster Athletics Hall of Fame and the Whitby Sports Hall of Fame.
Jason combines firsthand athletic experience with executive leadership in the health and wellness space. His background in technology commercialization, healthcare innovation, and performance-driven culture positions him to help Power Locker empower the next generation of athletes with smarter, healthier choices.
Jason holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and undergraduate degrees from McMaster University.

Jerry Swon
CHAIRMAN & CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Jerry Swon’s executive management career covers more than 40 years, spearheading the development of many successful businesses over these decades. These include working with experts from several major universities specializing in commercializing technologies. Mr. Swon has orchestrated exit strategies for seven companies while serving as their investment banker.
When he’s not working as a financial consultant, Jerry enjoys a variety of personal hobbies. He has a longstanding interest in volunteering and community involvement. Over the years he has worked with numerous organizations. He is also a golfer and a sports fan in general. Jerry was a former National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) district champion during his college years at Hamline University. In 1990 he led the revival of the New Jersey Rockets, a youth hockey program who now are q well-known as a source of local pride; they have produced draftees who earned spots in National Hockey League teams and their affiliates.

Joerg Klaube
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Klaube‘s career encompasses a broad range of appointments in corporate financial management, controllership and administrative functions, in a variety of business environments including publicly held companies. Mr. Klaube joined Power Locker back in 2018. From 2013 to 2017 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Turnpoint Medical Devices Inc., a designer and marketer of specialized infusion pumps. Prior to that he served as Chief Financial Officer for the telecommunications holding company E. Oliver Capital Group and the software design and computer marketing firms Magnitude Information Systems Inc. and Unitronix Corporation. Before that, he was employed for sixteen years with the U.S. subsidiary of Siemens AG, where he last served as Director of Business Administration in the Telecommunications Division. He graduated from the Banking School in Berlin, Germany, and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University. Mr. Klaube is the CFO of a publicly traded company - Retrieve Medical Holdings, Inc.

Joey Meyers
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Joey Meyers is the Operations Coordinator of Power Locker, where she helps develop new locations by identifying opportunities, coordinating launches, and managing operational logistics. She builds and maintains strong relationships with schools, athletic departments, and key stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and ongoing support.
Joey is a former Division 3 college basketball player, where she attended Drew University. As a four year starter, she amassed over 1300 points and 600 rebounds. She now serves as a head girls basketball coach for one of the top private schools in New Jersey, Oak Knoll School.
In addition to her coaching position, Joey is also a certified personal trainer and a sports nutritionist. She is very passionate about the mission of Power Locker, and has witnessed firsthand the importance of proper fueling for athletic performance and recovery!

John Swon
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
John Swon is the Founder and President of Power Locker, leading the company’s mission to fuel athletes and elevate the game-day experience. John was first inspired to found Power Locker back in 2017 when he could not find any healthy food options for his son at the ice rink between his youth hockey games. That experience sparked a passion which drove John to develop Power Locker as the world's first and only athlete-focused sports nutrition vending system. Over the past decade, John has built a team of nutritional experts and developed deep brand partnerships with some of the biggest names in sports nutrition which has helped Power Locker to grow to over 100 schools, gyms, and ice rinks across North America.
A standout college hockey player at Skidmore College, including the 1996-97 Thoroughbreds divisional championship, and inductee into Skidmore College’s Athletic Hall of Fame, John brings firsthand experience, competitive drive, and deep knowledge of team culture to everything he builds. A lifelong sports fan, he is also a devoted husband and proud dad of four active kids, staying closely connected to the sports community both on and off the field.

J. A. Conlin “J.C.”
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
Mr. J. A. Conlin, or simply “J.C.”, a lifelong resident of Morristown, NJ, is a Business and Management Consultant at Morristown Consulting Services. Prior to MCS, J.C. built and ran the 3rd largest Independent Member Firm on the NYSE.
Mr. Conlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University. Prior to Lehigh, he attended Delbarton School in Morristown, Power Locker's very first partner school.
J.C. brings 30 years of financial management experience to the team including Complex Problem-Solving, Communication, Audits, Project Management, P&L Management, Business Development, Trade Management, Regulatory Compliance, Cash Management, Training & Development, and Forensic Accounting.

Jake Blumenthal
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Jake is a recent graduate of University of Delaware, recently joining as an operations coordinator. Jake works closely with the team to develop new locations, marketing sponsored products, and ensures that all departments are working harmoniously.
Jake attended Randolph High School in New Jersey, where he served as a leader in the Football and Track and Field(Sprinting) programs. Prior to completing his degree in 2025, he was a member of Furman University Football’s program in The Southern Conference, where he played Defensive Back. Jake was first team defense for Morris-Sussex county in 2021, and competed in NJSIAA state sectional championships as a sophomore in 2019, clocking an 11.2 second 100 meter time, and a 10.4 second 4x100m split. Jake’s passion for athletic performance and nutrition intertwined with his skills developed in communication studies makes him a versatile addition to The Power Locker.
